AWAVE operates as one creative house with three connected divisions — the label, the production house, and the management arm. Every artist signed to AWAVE gets access to all three.
The flagship division. AWAVE Records signs, develops, and releases artists. Every release is treated as a body of work, with full A&R, marketing, and distribution support — built around the artist's long-term vision rather than quarterly content cycles.
In-house production team and recording infrastructure. AWAVE Studio is where the sonic identity of the label is shaped — combining maqam-rooted melodies, modern Arabic percussion, and contemporary production language. The records that shape the wave start here.
Long-form artist management. Career strategy, brand and visual direction, touring, publishing, sync, and digital — all under one roof. Artists signed to AWAVE Records don't need to find a separate manager. The infrastructure is already in the house.
The sound architects working full-time inside AWAVE Studio. Roster is currently being built — these slots will open as the team is announced.
Lead producer role — to be announced. Responsible for shaping the flagship AWAVE sound across the main artist roster.
Producer position focused on vocal-driven records, maqam arrangements, and string sessions.
Producer position bridging Arabic percussion with electronic and club-ready production.
Producer? Engineer? A&R? Music supervisor? If you want to be part of building AWAVE from the ground up, we want to hear from you.
